Our Rental Reservation Process

Thank you for choosing Tampa Bay Baby Rentals to provide you with your traveling baby gear needs.

The rental process is simple and easy.

1. Select the products and rental items that you will need for your vacation.
2. Fill out the online inquiry form completely.
3. A TBBR consultant will contact you by phone to review your selections and travel needs, finalize the details of your trip and delivery information, and obtain credit card payment information.
4. Your credit card will be authorized  and funds captured on the day we deliver the rented items.
5. When you arrive at your destination, the items you ordered will be set up according to your specifications and ready to use. However, certain resorts and condos do not allow access to the rooms ahead of time. In which case, your rented items will be in the luggage room or with the concierge desk at your resort or hotel, or delivered when you arrive at your destination.
